SNOW PLOW & DE-ICER DRIVER: $25-$35 per hour
$25.00 -$35.00 per hour depending on experience.
Are you looking for extra work during the winter season? Seasonal position however must be available 24 hours 7 days a week during winter season. Our services are performed all over the Metro area and surrounding suburbs. We service both residential and commercial properties. Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, Reliable transportation to be able to get to our main office in Chicago. Ability to shovel/snow-blow sidewalks if necessary, ability to commit to entire 2023-2024 winter season. 1 year snow plowing experience preferred.

SNOW SHOVEL CREW LEADER: $28-$38 per hour
$28.00 -$38.00 per hour depending on experience
This position plays a vital role in our snow operations. Your goal is to get your assigned commercial, industrial or municipal sidewalk sites cleared of snow in a manner that is consistent with how the customer has specified. You are “on-call” for that entire timeframe however you will primarily be working after there is an ice event, dusting of snow or snowfall accumulation. You will be working with 1-3 other people on your crew. You will be responsible for these laborers assigned to you. You will be responsible for equipment and service outcome. Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, Reliable transportation to provide services.

Reliable – Can lift up to 50lbs – has dependable transportation – commit to 2023-2024 entire season 24/7 – good communication skills8
SNOW SHOVEL LABORER: $18-$25 per hour
$18.00 -$25.00 per hour depending on experience
Great way to earn extra cash! Must be able to commit to entire winter season 2023-2024 24 hours, 7 days a week. Ability to remove snow from sidewalks using company supplied equipment. Applying de-icer to walkways, performing detailed works based on customers expectations. Being on-call especially during very early morning hours. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.

SKIDSTEER OPERATOR: $30-$40 per hour
$30.00 -$40.00 per hour based on experience.
Skid Steer operator’s will be responsible for removing snow from parking lots and/or other areas where needed at all necessary locations on our snow route. Hours will vary based on snowfall. We are in need of reliable, determined, and efficient candidates to fill this position. Great for candidates ready to take on leadership role.
SERVICE PROVIDERS-SNOW SUBCONTRACTORS $90-$110 per hour
$90.00 to $110.00 per hour based on equipment and experience
Equipment: Plow trucks • Cars / trucks for sidewalk crews • Salt trucks • Loaders and skid steers (with or without snow pushers) • ATV’s, UTV’s, compact tractors with plows
The winter service provider / subcontractor plays a vital role in our snow operations. Your goal is to get your assigned commercial, industrial or municipal plow sites cleared of snow in a manner that is consistent with how the customer has specified. You are “on-call” for that entire winter season 24/7 however you will primarily be working during ice events, after a dusting of snow or after snowfalls reach a depth of 3/4″ or more.
Ideal service providers would have late model equipment. You will be responsible for the following (and more!): • Exceeding customer expectations for plowing your particular site • Watching weather conditions on your assigned site. • Inspecting site on an on-going basis for damage or hazards • Quality control • Maintaining effective communication throughout the snow event • Manage supply inventory on your site • Communicate with area manager and possibly de-icing truck • Operating your machine in a safe and effective manner.
This is ideal for someone who:
Has some basic mechanical ability • Have medium to heavy equipment experience • Be able to work long hours • Handle pressure well • Be detail oriented • Have used a snow pusher prior to this position Requirements: • Submit all paperwork in a timely fashion • Reliable equipment • Keep all equipment in working condition throughout the season
